Our Story

Nicholls Build started in 2007 by our founder Keith and his wife Diane, alongside their two sons Craig & Shane. Since then we have built a great clientele, an attractive portfolio and excellent customer feedback. Please take some time to look through our site. Our approach is incredibly meticulous. Our ethos is do it once and do it right! We take on the whole project seeing it through from start to finish. We have created a team that is forged from lasting relationships over the years.

What makes us different?

You can always speak to the same key points of contact every time, this is one of the main benefits of having a family run business look after your project. A project manager will be appointed to run your job overseeing all the details.

2 / Our full attention

We only take on one residential project at a time so you have the peace of mind knowing your project is our priorty and there will be someone on site each day, we will not jump between projects and leave you hanging.

3 / Teamwork

Your build will be carried out my our own in house team we take care of the groundworks, structural works, general build, electrics, plumbing etc. We have minimal need for subcontractors but when we do we have a team we have used for years that are more like part of the Nicholls Build family. They are reliable, trustworthy and do an amazing job that’s why we use them for specialist works like plastering, brickwork and roofing.

4 / We have been there!

Been there – done it! We have renovated our own homes and lived in them with our young families, while doing major structural changes and building work. So we know what it is like to live through building works. We have leant how to minimise disruption to your lives while your build progresses and will always create functional spaces for you to cook and wash where possible.
